Hinson & Hale Medical Technologies, Inc. is dedicated to developing, manufacturing and distributing highly specialized
and proprietary medical textiles. The company was formed to take advantage of new processing technologies we
developed in the production of fabrics, apparel, bedding and other related items as they apply to the medical and medical
service community. Hinson & Hale is focused on the creation of a family of products that offer a significant
reduction in operating cost to the broader U. S. medical industry. We are focused on the dual advantages of the
extended wear-life our products exhibit and the potential reduction in health care cost that accrue to the broad use of
our technology.

We view these methods and technologies as an opportunity to expand our concept products into a growing American business.
We have the people, production skills and assets needed to succeed in this rapidly expanding industry. Our initiative
